DISCover Ultimate Day is a nationwide USA Ultimate program that gives middle and high school-aged students an easy, fun, and interactive way to learn the sport of ultimate — completely free. KCUDA is proud to host a local session right here in Brooklyn, in partnership with Brooklyn Disco Tech and Brooklyn Tech Support, as part of the national event on Saturday, September 19th.
Whether you've never touched a disc or you're already playing another sport and looking for something new, this is a great low-pressure way to try ultimate for the first time.

Practice fundamentals like throwing and catching, and take part in simple, fun drills led by KCUDA coaches and players.
Play games designed to introduce entry-level skills in a fun, low-stakes, team-based environment.
Ultimate's unique rules build skills that go beyond the field: self-confidence, mutual respect, conflict resolution, and communication.
Ultimate is known for its welcoming, inclusive culture. Players often say they came for the sport and stayed for the community.
It's a lifelong sport you can enjoy at every stage — as a youth player, through high school and college, and beyond.
No experience needed — this is designed for first-timers. Just bring a pair of sneakers; discs will be provided (feel free to bring your own too).
No. You'll just need to complete a standard liability waiver and medical authorization at registration.
Ages: 6th grade to 12th grade (11 years old and up to 18 years old).
